Our caregivers……

are reliable individuals with extensive experience and a strong sense of responsibility, capable of offering support like family members. We match each senior with a caregiver suited to their personality and situation. We maintain ongoing communication not only with the senior but also with their family, discussing the senior’s circumstances and plans together. Our caregivers will promptly contact families regarding any changes or agreements needed, and families are always welcome to reach out to both the caregivers and our ZOA office with any questions or concerns.

Additionally, our caregivers have met all the hiring conditions set by ZOA:

Legal status in the U.S.
Background check passed
Thorough training as ZOA HOMECARE caregivers completed
CPR certification completed
Georgia Personal Care Assistant Competency (GACCP) Test passed

Meal preparation and assistance

We prepare customized menus and healthy meals, and for those who have difficulty during mealtime, we assist them by being present to ensure they can eat comfortably.

bathing and hygiene care services

We assist individuals who have difficulty bathing on their own with personal hygiene and bathing.

transportation and mobility assistance

We also provide support during outings or transportation and can help schedule medical appointments if needed. Additionally, we accompany clients to hospital visits or grocery shopping.

daily living support services

We help with simple household tasks like cleaning and laundry, ensuring that our clients can carry out their daily activities without inconvenience.
